You only need NIE and bank account after reservation and prior to property purchase completion date/Notary appointment when you obtain the Deed and house keys!
For new properties for sale in Murcia, Costa Calida Mar Menor and
Alicante, Costa Blanca South and North made easier than ever - many found no need for a Mortgage - after reservation,
a month later either:
1. make 30-40 or 50%
payment or,
2. more commonly, in instalments
over 3-4 up to 6 months - the REST 50%, 60% or 70% at
completion, Notary date! Example: if your chosen
property is to be completed in 2027 December,
the REST of,the property value is paid in 2027
December, at the Notary!
For resale homes - within two months, from the
moment reservation made - Notary booked, when
the rest of the amount of money for the property
must be ready/paid.
